Before Adjustment



“The thesis content format is reviewed by the advisor; cover page, table of contents, headers, etc. are reviewed by the department office.”


After Adjustment


1.Since scientific papers often do not require review of table of contents, headers, etc., and to streamline administrative efficiency (scientific thesis consent form removed)
2.Adjustments are as follows:

(7 days before oral exam / scheduled time)


Whether to bind is up to the advisor

When submitting application, please collect 3 appointment letters and envelopes, and submit them with the notice form and other documents to the department office.

Graduate student prepares documents related to thesis proposal

(2)Comprehensive Evaluation Result of Thesis Proposal (1 copy)

Notes：
1.Submit all thesis proposal documents to the department office for verification before the presentation.

2.Return all relevant documents to the department office on the day of the presentation.
