(1. Must be submitted within the specified application period)

(2. Must be submitted at least 10 days before the oral exam)

(3. Must be completed within one month of application date)

Main Text and Cover Page/Table of Contents/Headers and other formatting

Please consult your advisor to confirm compliance with relevant regulations

Required Documents for Application

Documents to be verified by the department office
□Thesis Proposal Semester

□Advisor Consent Letter (2 copies)

□Academic Transcript

□Proof of Qualification Exam Completion

□Academic Ethics Certificate

□“Thesis Originality Check” Report
 (Similarity Index must not exceed 30%)

Master’s Thesis Oral Exam Application Form (1 copy, apply by November or end of May)

Advisor Consent Form for Master's Degree Examination (Daytime Program)

Advisor Consent Form for Master's Degree Examination (Evening Program)

Assign Oral Committee

(7 days before oral exam / scheduled time)

Whether to bind is up to the advisor.

When submitting application, please collect 3 appointment letters and envelopes,and submit them with the notice form and other documents to the department office.

(3)Certificate of Passing Master’s Thesis Oral Examination

(5)Payment Receipt – Single Advisor (3 copies)
    Payment Receipt – Dual Advisors (5 copies)

Note：
1.Submit thesis oral exam documents to the department office for verification before the presentation.

2.Return relevant documents to the department office on the day of the presentation.
